So if u follow the god fall drvs they have just released a new ps5 gameplay footage from what they call the update engine for ps5 gameplay.

All of a sudden the game looks better to me .check it out guys

If we get games like these from small indie devs at launch, we are in for a treat this gen imo.

Yeah it does look better but is it more due to a more saturated artstyle than a technical one ?
Although there seems to be more particles and ennem hit reaction seems more appropriate.
But the environnements looks so much more colorful that I have trouble comparing it to its previous showings.

Last gen it was not enough color, but this has way too much color. Ease up on the saturation sliders gearbox...

This needs to be 480fps and have a slow motion mode - button ... i can not follow the action at all. Terrible choice of style, bright-colorful-visuals.

This is not a game made for western people. Gimmie a fucking yurobean medieval - knights vs knights game same as For Honor but better.

I fucking hate the 'art' in this game. It's some of the ugliest stuff I've seen.

It's hard to tell where the bad art ends and the actual technical fidelity of the graphics starts. The overall effect is ugly, but in the odd scene you can see the fidelity is actually pretty good.

That's quite an improvement over the previous showings glad they changed the music (the original footage from the PS5 event had terrible music). Still got some slowdown. Effects really do add to the polish.

I'd written this off as generic garbage before maybe now it has a chance.

I'm kinda interested, but I don't know why every snippet of gameplay they show always looks so muddy. It's like the cinematics are 4K raw video and then the gameplay is sub-1080p low bitrate captures or something. It just never looks right when they show gameplay.
