The difference is quite noticeable if you ask me.
So much so Im considering buying a PS4 Pro for literally ONE game at the end of the gen.. I can always sell it asap

Interesting. Generally you can barely see a difference unless you ram your eyes into the screen but here you can quite clearly see the standard looks more blurry from afar. Hardly a massive difference but there is a noticeable difference.

I think ND have done amazing to deliver a game that is as good as the first, based on reviews. I need to play this on PS4 Pro first myself to judge.

The sad thing is, this guy isn't actually joking. He really believes this quackery.
Luckily most of the FUD meisters tend to be grifter Youtubers whose opinions doesn't really count.
It's pretty funny how often professional game journos get called shills but then you have a lot of these "freelance" gaming channels who are either in direct sponsorships with publishers, or are so beholden to their viewers supporting them on patreon, that they don't dare go against their fan's confirmation bias.
Kotaku gives TLOU2 a 1/10 they still have advertisers, still get the same amount of traffic (probably even more from hate). The Quartering says that TLOU2 is a great game that really benefits from having female & gay characters and boom, loss of subs, loss of patreons.

I bought an Xbox One X exclusively for RDR 2’s rock solid 30fps over the Pro’s fluctuations. Was worth every cent, even if sold at a bit of a loss.

Oh dear. That was not a good review from Skill Up. He said the story is terrible & the gameplay is barely improved from part 1. That is not good.
At this point, after all the drama over the leaks & everything, I've decided that I'm just going to buy the game & make up my own mind. I've never made any secret how much I love part 1. For me it's one of the greatest games ever made. But the story & characters were central to that. I loved Joel & Ellie. Their journey was so well crafted & paced, it truly lifted the game to a whole other level. Now it looks like Naughty Dog have torn all that to pieces for some stupid reason.
To see that from Skill Up, a good reviewer who I don't always agree with, but who always makes his case clearly & rationally... Well it's not a good sign. Not at all. I feared the worst from the moment I looked at the leaks & he didn't calm those fears. Guess I'll find out soon enough either way, but man I just don't get why it had to be this way.

Did he clearly make his case in specifics or spoke in very generalized language? I’d read it myself but am trying to avoid to not spoil myself on mechanics. I think it best to bear in mind that some are inevitably going to be biased unfairly against the game due to ideology. Not saying that’s what’s driving his feelings, but could be.

What they're saying is that if you want to understand (in more detail) why they came up with a certain score, after the embargo ends, you'll have story spoilers that will help explain their review further.
The suggestion that scores will be mended or changed after the embargo based on story beats is pure FUD.

Why would they? Reviewers could review the whole game, but left the spoilers out as per the embargo. This should have 0 influence in the final score, as they could also rate it lower if they didn't like the story.

The Skill Up reviewer that doesn't like the game is on Twitter practically begging for forgiveness for the negative review. He is in fear for being honest. This is how bad it's gotten. I will not back down until things change. I will turn this shit inside out.
