It was the better of the two(other being taker/ big show).
I kinda like it more than a regular cage match
the hardcores are most likely to go watch new japan though. look at dan ryckert. wwe fanboy #1 who used to spend $5000 every year to get the wrestlemania travel package doesn't even watch anymore and is now all into new japan.
if they're turning off guys like dan, it's no surprise the casual viewers aren't watching.

They are leaving TV and I know more people that used to have the network than currently do.
Especially with New Japan making it easier to actually follow their product.
Vengeance 2005 is a wonderful PPV.
Watched it again today and even though the end to HBK vs Angle felt off the rest of the match itself is just so good. Both worked and entertained unlike any other. Angle just has almost limitless stamina.
HHH and Batista inside the Cell is a brutal thing too, it's crazy to think that Batista had more pinfalls over Triple H than anyone else by a wide margin. They seemed to always put on a great match and Triple H was motivated to put him over strong.
