Final Fantasy XV Judgment Disc demo out now on JPSN & JP Xbox Store

If you're playing this, then just talk to Cidney after she repairs it. The second option is to customize the car. The only options available in the demo are to change the colors of the exterior, interior, and the rims on the wheels.

The other options on that screen are available, you just have to have an item that works with them.

The lower two thirds of the choices are all "Sticker/Emblem" options, and won't be available until you find/unlock one.
I found a "HammerHead Garage Emblem" somewhere and then all those choices became available to me.

Some shops also sell stickers for your car, those unlock the other options (left/right side, top, front and rear). I can't post screenshots right now but I covered my Regalia with tacky racing stripes :P

Oh, neat! Thanks! I'll keep an eye out next time I play it. It's a little hard to figure everything out when I can't read any of it. Hah.

The demo having close to zero actual drops on both OG PS4 and Pro is super impressive.

Now, if only SE manages to fix the frame pacing issues then this game will be blast to play through from a technical perspective as well. Since the X1 version doesn't have this problem I'm optimistic that they can sort it out on PS4s as well.

Come on Tabata & Co, don't let me down now.

2 weeks until launch. I wouldn't hold your breath.

So the pacing issue is a thing on the Pro as well?

I've chosen not to play the demo as I want to start the full game fresh as can be, but I'll keep the tip in mind for when I do get to play it. Love that colour combination!

Question people: if Bloodborne after all this time still has its frame pacing issues, can we trust SQE to fix FFXV's? I know they're different companies, but maybe it's too difficult to sort out these issues? Any technical expert here than can explain how it can be done?

So, only after playing 10 hours and restarting the demo did I realize that I could remote play this puppy!

Outside of the text being too small, its actually quite nice and fun :3
Anyone with a vita should try it out

People should also try out the new 1080p mode of pc remote play. Looks great :3

I've purposely NOT doing anything relating to the ascension menu. I really don't want the further gameplay stuff to be spoiled by me experiencing them

The stock battle system is so fun (>10 hours worth of fun in a fraction of the open world :P ) So I can't wait to get into ascension to make it more fun. (Seriously on my original save i have like over 100 AP XD )

So the graphics options on PS4 Pro include three selections, but what is the third (bottom) one? I can't select it for some reason.

I'm assuming the middle option is the "light"/uncapped mode since the top one is the enhanced 30fps mode? Not sure what that leaves the other option as, though...

You guys should check out the
Dawnbreaker
skill for Gladio. It uses
two
tech bars and does a ton of Crush damage to a single enemy. I've managed to topple a few monsters with it already which I suspect is going to be a great strategy for fighting larger monsters in the game like the Bandersnatch since if you topple them they stay on the ground for an extended period of time which is your allies cue to spam their Deathblow skills for big damage.

Also it seems that you can combine materials that you pick up into your spells. Messing around I just managed to make a fire spell that goes off 4 times in a row when cast.

Anyone know how to call Cidney? I ran out of gas and the station is a bit far away...

So if you run out of gas you can push the car? That's pretty cool.

It might seem weird to say that pushing a car is cool but it is.

Makes you wonder what SE is thinking having PD still be there but not have this available for the west.

I mean, I get that it's easy for us to just download the JP demo but if SE already decided to release one demo here you'd think they would want a demo that is the best showcase for the game to be easily available, especially if interest for the title increases as we close in to the release.

We're not Japanese so we're not special enough.

I don't understand how we got this result ? It's like a Google translation troll or i am missing something ?

Depending on how much oversight/automation there is on user submissions, how often a word/phrase is entered by people, and how it relates words/phrases to other words/phrases ("Final Fantasy XV" is going to have a pretty strong relation to "Final Fantasy Versus XIII", there's like a whole thing in language processing and translation based on using data to relate words and phrases to each other) it can potentially give silly results.

All right !! Thanks !
