If my team is decent I feel like I play a really strong Mercy but in pubs my Mercy winrate is atrocious. I'm 17-26 on Mercy while my overall record is 130-118. I've started playing Lucio more in pubs just so I have my own outs.

Using it up in the air is your best bet as it can catch some people out of guard. That said, its really hard now to get 4 kills with it, people learned how to avoid it

If you play with friends try coordination with a Mei or Zarya, their ults can hold people in place enough time for you to setup your multi-million.Every time I want to see more than one Hanzo on my team at the start of the match I want to leave the game almost immediately, because if they aren't switching at the beginning of the match they're never switching, and I feel like there's very little as obnoxious as not just one person, but two people absolutely garbage at using him.

Line of Sight, if you hide behind anything that blocks your vision of her Mech you won't get hit by it no matter how close it is.
Yeah. If her Mech is exploding and I'm playing Mei I can drop an Ice Wall 2 feet away from it and survive.

It's funny, though. I literally just had a round with the setup you described (Saltshaker, Reinhardt and heals). It felt magical. lol

Bastion has the cutest sounds, love his hello and his little hand waving. Brings a smile to my face. Dah Dah Weeee! is my favorite voice line of his.
Wish there were more Voice commands, it lacks a few key ones like: Incoming, behind us, enemy to the left or enemy to the right. I know that a mic is a much faster and better choice but it's also fun hearing characters say it. I'm spoiled by TF2.

just had a game where we steamrolled their cart at the spawn until 15 seconds

There is something about this game, it triggers me when I lose, it rustles my jimmies, losing in TF2 was never infuriating for me nor any other FPS for the matter, in this game however, losing a match gets to me somehow.

Yep. Those are always the most infuriating losses. It's like the enemy team doesn't want to play as a team until the very last second and once they turn it on, it never gets turned off again.
I was playing with some friends on Anubis, we were attacking. They held us at our spawn, not even that first choke point (they were waaaay better than we were), and we finally won one fight, took the first objective and ended up winning.
That being said they demolished us the next 5 rounds completely free. They had a Pharah player that was just godly, I was playing Mercy and he went hard on me constantly.

On hana/Anubis you can snowball after the first point, in seconds if the attacking team has ultimate's up

The only time I get vexed playing is if people are REALLY REALLY just being stupid on my team.
I do not mind losing as long as it is a good effort, I am still learning and others are too.
But total dumbassness...nah, I will need to take a breather.

One thing that can be very infuriating about my "one hero a day" philosophy is when you get killed by heroes who are good against you or you are not good at killing yet and you reeeeeally want to switch to counter them, but you are forbidden!
It's pretty funny often though.
My friends and I never switch, we just choose a hero at the start and then play whatever cause who gives a crap really.
maybe in a week or so I'll start switching heroes again to fit in with the tryhard teams we face

We're not playing Call of Duty though, doing well in OW is not about the most kills.

Played the game for about an hour just now and I'm loving it. Randoms can be a bit of a drag, but aside from that it's been great. I stuck with Lucio for most of my playtime since he seemed pretty simple, but then in my last game I noticed that nobody on my team was picking a Tank so I decided to try Reinhardt and somehow carried my team to victory.

Yeah. Thankfully there aren't too many legendary skins I really want, Tracer's racing jumpsuit and Winston's scuba gear being my top two. It's the lack of POTG animations that really stings. I had much better luck with it all in the beta.
I get them often enough with Junkrat, but honestly they are just spot moments and not game swingers usually.
Yeah, I killed three, four, maybe five people at once but in the scheme of the game that could be a big thing or just a fart in the wind.
People who are rock solid, with good kill counts or amazing healers or control players will almost never get it.
That sucks, I've got his black scuba legendary and I just don't care about it much. I wish we could trade skins.

Yeah,it is though, cause nothing you do in quick play matters.
I am just learning heroes I haven't played in the beta and having some fun with weird matchups.
Game is just a fun random shooter, no need to get all "you're doing it wrong".
When you face a proper coordinated try hard team, sure, maybe you feel like switching around a bit and try harding yourself, but most of the time, just doing what you feel like it more enjoyable
