EDIT: I'm stupid; I saw the pic and for some reason I expected Zen to be the new zoner. I didn't see that the reveal's going to be in Dubai, so I didn't take location into account, either. Bring on Rachid, then!

I'm guessing SFV's DLC character will be like SF4's Secret characters, just with fight money.

I'm amost certain that the EISBAHN poster is for a movie starring Yang in the SF universe. As in just random worldbuilding like character names on buses etc.

Considering that Eisbahn isn't one of the leaked 3 newcomers, I doubt it. Unless Eisbahn is his stage name & he's from either North Africa or India, he's not the newcomer (either that or Ken Bogard is wrong, which I also doubt at this point). Maybe Eisbahn is the unplayable boss that will be DLC later.

Note that I didn't list the names accounting for that possibility. Also, we know for a fact that Necalli wasn't one of the leaked 3 newcomers since he's not from either North Africa, India, or Brazil.

i would give more chances for the latter because there is only one spot for a returning character that we haven't seen in a while and i think urien would probably play a big role in the game to not be included in the starting roster, unless he is a boss character. lol too many guesses

Yeah, her main color is red. But she'd be a character who would be better saved for TGS. Then again, Games15 & TGS are in such close proximity to each other that Ono decided to hint at both Rashid & Karin at once. And for reference, Karin had purple effects for her attacks, so may the hint was towards her.

I think the SFV character releases have been better than the Smash 4 character releases. And I thought the Smash 4 character trailers were amazing.

I'm just saying that maybe he's hinting at a Karin reveal for TGS. The effects in that gameplay image teaser isn't similar to Karin's Alpha 3 effects in terms of shape. It's much more fluid versus Karin's more rigid, sharp effects in Alpha 3. The way I see it, we'll most likely get Rashid (the North African, just in case his final name is changed) at Games15, while Karin will probably be saved for TGS.
