I remember how impressive Kevin was last year. KAN's stacking though is just unreal, the way he fills in gaps to keep everything so clean is perfection.
Overused, but...

That's the rate at which the pieces come, so your brain has to be able to process the next 5 placements in under a second to fix your mistake.

Even with Kan being insanely incredible, I feel bad for Kevin who is going to be outshone while being 1 of 6 GMs. He also pulled off some really nice comebacks cleaning up that duplicated line for about half of the screen's well.
It's crazy that even with 2 player mode failing out at 299/299, TGM2 doesn't hold a candle to TGM3.

My lcd tv is just smearing the shit out of these tetris blocks, I can barely see them move, all I see is a coloured shitstain sliding down my screen at lightspeed. I don't even know how you play this on anything but a crt tv.

Arika basically revived TGM4 from cancellation based on the response from AGDQ 2015 and performed location tests in California and Japan.
Essentially TGM4 had been cancelled for an overseas release. The huge reaction to AGDQ Tetris block had a hand in getting it play tested sometime around E3 is my understanding. So they are hoping more positive reactions can get an official overseas release.

Un-canceled, they're running new loketests on the west coast and in Japan.
Yea, based on the KGM on the left and 14 (what Kan used in other runs) on the right that is correct. Meaning Kevin was cleaning up in versus, which makes it both multiplayer (versus and coop) versions that American players performed better in. Wonder if is thanks to differences between the scenes or what.
