i mean, training mode would be nice too.

Yeah, that's when the global beta starts again. But server code is a complex and wonderful thing. Even with the login fix, matchmaking might not handle that many people logged in at once, so don't set yourself up for disappointment even after that point.

They've fixed one of likely many errors.

Some other notes from my play last night

-I played the Ryu mirror match a lot. And when we switched sides in round 2 or 3, so many times I walked straight into my opponent thinking I was the other Ryu because I started on that side in the 1st round lol

-When I activated denjin mode in neutral, dudes were hopping like bunnies when they were in jump in range. Nobody wanted to block fireballs in denjin mode

-Cutting out SF4 habits is going to be hard. I blew up so many people for tech'ing on wake up. I found myself doing the same and I tried to focus back dash so many times with no success obviously

-You don't want to be cornered, I repeat YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CORNERED. Not in this game anyways. 50/50 jump ins in which you have to guess whether you're opponent will cross up or not is really scary.

Same here. Life feels a little empty without focus. I'm going to have to get accustomed to switching between this game and the others. I hope they tweak throws more, feels pretty weird in Street Fighter when throws whiff more often than usual.
