Every player he's playing is from japan lol.

I've watched 4 matches now and only 2 have been japanese players I think

Haven't heard anything from the Europeans here so I'm taking that as a black screen/errors.

I am trying again now because I see Rip actually playing. Still always get the error that I can't connect to the game server. EU here.

Yep. 2 matches were from the same US player who was using chun. There was noticeable warping with the last japanese guy.

Seems like there may not be disconnects once you're in now. They're could be testing the servers with a limited amount of players and letting a little more in at a time.

Could be wrong though.

Yeah it's relieving to see netcode is holding its ground even in beta state as a worldwide matchmaking could have been a nightmare. I know it's the best way for them to test their code, but if players can enjoy the experience on top of that everyone's a winner.

Because regular players stand a chance against Daigo in something like ST, right?

ST is a much riskier game and Daigo is still pretty good in that game. A solid player will still be solid even in a high damage game. Even something like MKX you can die in like 3 touches, 4 with breaker and that is a much more mixup heavy game than sf5 seems and there are consistent strong players in that game.

Yeah, I agree. I've had much worse experiences with netcode with people in my own region with games like MK9 , Tekken 6, and SSF4 (after steamworks).

That's the setup I need. That way you can easily activate all the V-System stuff. Gonna need the three kicks for Cammy.

I find it really awkward to have every attack button except one on one side of the controller.
