I redeemed the beta code online as well, but I still went to my PS4 to actually initiate the download for the beta. Go to the far right on your dashboard (All the way to where it lists all the apps/games you have), and scroll down until you get to the apps that start with "S"; the beta should be there for you to download, along with the patch that comes with it. Hope this helps!

Didint even think about about the library section on PS4 since i never use it.

I think only a simple online matchmaking option will be available, no offline.

Characters are Ryu, Chun, Bison, Nash to start and then later Birdie and Cammy will be unlocked.

That's how PSN works.

You got a US code? You have to use it on a US Account.

You have a UK Code? You have to use it on a UK Account.

Code Redemption and DLC are locked to their respective region. However the game download is not region locked so if you got a US Code and use it on a US Account while your system is sitting in Japan you can still download the Beta.

Yes, but no reason to jump the gun as you won't be charged until 2016. Still, you can cancel immediately after receiving the code.
