This happens to me almost every day. I go to sleep or play something and that's when people start talking about stuff I wanna talk about :D whenever I'm actually here I feel I don't have anything to say :p

I haven't even played Witcher 1 and 2 yet.. I just got them in the Winter Seal due to the praise they get on here... So if you just play games 5 years behind, then you get them for cheaper and aren't trying to keep up with technology..

btw guys the cake is a lie lolol

It might be because I expected this to be more in line with something like Dear Esther than what I was expecting, first few sets of puzzles are simple then suddenly I've continuously stumped, and confusing level design in some of these wasn't helping >_<

I played a little (still no puzzles), but the game looks a lot worse than I expected. And can't seem to get rid of the jaggies, I tried downsampling from beyond 4K (strangely this game allowed me to set the resolution even higher than any other using DSR before), and I tried to force AA from Nvidia control panel at 8X and I still see ugly jaggies everywhere and the game has a weird "compressed screenshot" look to it (I set everything at ultra in the options).

I bought the humble bundle mainly for this one... not thrilled so far.

That's me right there...

Enjoy your incomplete Dragon Age: Inquisition, fools !
I'll see you all in a year when I get my complete edition with patches that make it stable and awesome.

Ha, nice try! Everyone knows that Bioware don't do complete editions to force you to buy the dlc with bioware points!

Serendipity is really a shit. I need to win 10k coins, is simply impossible. I'm trying since two hours.

This probably won't help because you have to get the 7777 coin as well.
But I made most of my money off Chocobo Racing.

Get the Silver Chocobo, max him out, grab a few racing skills via certain monsters (look up the Racing FAQ), and as long as you bet on short & easy races you'll never lose. It's a grind but you can also nab Collector Catalogs which are good for cash/drops.

I'm doing this too, I came on PC, I was poor.

Also, what 7777 coins? I read on a guide I need 10k for a fragment, is there another one?

There's a fragment for getting 7777 coins off the slot machines.
IIRC you don't have to win them all at once. It's more like the 7777th coin. But yeah you do have to spend quite awhile on the slots.

A number of the fragments in FFXIII-2 pretty much require a guide. Square-enix hates completionists so much.

You need a good amount of coins for it to work though. If you clear the plains area with lot of extra bosses you should have a good amount. There is a fragment where you need to win 7777 coins in the casino.

So I was somehow able to delete almost all of my Steam categories.

I've spent hours upon hours sorting my games. Any way to recover my categories?

Edit: Nvm, solved it!

Hmm. Meet the minimum reqs for TW3, and I'd be at recommended if not for the 750 Ti. Not sure if I could upgrade that further though without a new case - as it is I had a hard time fitting the 750 Ti in (Dell case). Would need a new power supply too.

Though I might be looking at building a whole new rig in the next year, so who knows. Still playing through the original game, and have TW2 on the plate as well.

I had depressurizer decide to fuck up my categories with an old library definition when I tried to get it working again...

At least with the improvements to the steam client and/or depressurizer you can go pretty fast.

What's that got to do with anything... just cause you have a "custom xbox 360 and ps3 with more ram, better graphics, bigger hard drive, and free online" doesn't mean you do not have a controller for your #MASTERRACECONSOLE...

There are small-form 970s (e.g. Zotac's standard 970, pictured below). The actual PCB length of the 970 is on the short side:

Edit: Also, the 970 only uses ~70w more than the 750Ti, but this being a green light ultimately depends on what your current PSU is.

Can anyone give me any other games that have gameplay like xcom-enemy unknown. I really like the turn base fighting like that. I don't like RPGs though, I want a game like xcom with maybe modern day weapons. There was a world war 2 game like that wasn't there? Preferably games on steam.

Ok, sounds like you want turn based tactical combat?

As someone mentioned check out the Jagged Alliance series - skip to the newer ones imo.

More futuristic, but there's also stuff like Steam Marines. I haven't played it yet, but look forward to doing so.

And while it's an RPG, Wasteland 2 might fight the bill too.

Also check out Doorkickers -- it's RTWP (real time with pause) and plays like Frozen Synapse, but you breach buildings, kill enemies, etc. by controlling all movement and facing, flash bangs, breaching doors, etc in a modern day swat setting. You can plan out the entire engagement and then watch it play out, or pause at any time and change where your squad is doing, etc.

I'm in the same position as you, with a 750 Ti in a Dell. I'm just going to wait and see how it runs as I don't have the money to build a rig right now.

I think that putting in a new power supply and new card would be fine in a Dell case, the thing I'm worried about is the airflow. I've often thought about getting a new case and moving the internals over, and then upgrading but it seems like too much trouble.

That looks good, according to reviews it stays pretty cool as well so maybe the standard Dell case is fine. I don't know about CarbonatedFalcon's Dell but I would have to upgrade my PSU. But the PSU wouldn't be too expensive. Hmmmmmmm.

grabbed that lovecraftian bundle because howard phillips's writings are cool

btw 3030 Deathware in that new Groupees Remute bundle now has a greenlight icon/ will give key when greenlit. I asked one of the admins about it and he said he'd ask the dev and I guess it worked out well... now to ask the admins about Biblioteca

Something to keep in mind I guess. I definitely would need a new PSU though since what I have is Dell mystery brand and from what I could tell when I got the 750 Ti it's actually slightly below what it should be to be able to run it (I think 2 amps less IIRC), though it still works.

As I said though, if things align I may be able to build a new rig from scratch this year, so none of this would be an issue anyway since I'd probably be looking at a $1200 or so build.

Man I completely forgot I hadn't finished RE6 yet. Still have Ada and Jake to get through.

I actually really enjoyed RE6 too. Such a good combat system.

Yeah, I had some random Ukrainian (IIRC from his groups) with hardly any games and with no cards that I could potentially want. Ignored without hesitation.
My first scammer friend request?
