I imagine the price is fairly stable now, shouldn't rise too much. Maybe it'll reach $4. It will rise though.
Already increasing. It was 3.19 the first time I looked at it. Bought it at 3.25. Looked again later, 3.45.
It's always best to get in as soon as possible.

Probably. I got in at $2.97. The bundle will be available for a week from the time it started.
It's gone up $.50 since I bought it. Although the first tier seems like it has the most desirable games, so I'm not sure why.

I'm usually on the page when the bundle is up at 11AM PST, open a few tabs of the same page, over a few minutes I refresh one tab at a time until the price drops and starts going up, then buy on the tab with the lowest BTA.

That said, it has gone up $.04 since I posted, so maybe it isn't slowing down as much as I thought it would.

Always keep humble bundles open in two tabs and only refresh whichever is the higher price. Eventually it'll bottom out and start rising again (usually within the first few hours), so you can make sure you pay the lowest price rather than whatever the actual BTA is at the time.

This. I always just assumed the checkout would show the updated price whenever you went there.
Telltale's game is named "Game of Thrones - A Telltale Games Series" precisely so that people wouldn't get the two confused.

It sucks if the BTA changes as you're typing in the amount, adjusting how much goes to who, or typing in your email so you pay whatever amount is display on the page. Keeping tabs open with lower/old prices works.
