For some reason For Glory matches always have horrible lag for me, while most of the games I've played against you guys have been very smooth. So annoying.

If there's no significant lag/delay and you win the first match in FG, no matter how badly you beat your opponent, don't leave. Give them a second chance at least. If you leave I'm left to think "What, this guy thinks he's that good, or I'm that bad? lol"

I wonder if you're the Link who destroyed me once. We were playing on Reset Bomb Forest and the Link was wearing the beige tunic inspired by Skyward Sword. That Link had a tendency to do pointless short hop/bomb throws after a KO, haha. I actually saved that replay, I believe. :-D

repeadlty crouching is the best taunt

also with Link I pull of a bomb, throw it up, make my up taunt, and catch the bomb as it's about to hit the floor

So you know that whole you only get 10 items from Smash Run thing, given my last two runs have ended with 12 and 13 items (plus a lot more gold from picking the gold bags up) I have to wonder if it is false. Unless there is some sort of first place bonus. Speaking of first place, I just got page 3 of the challenges and have not been noting down who I can first as. I know there are one or two characters I've not come first as...why can't the game put a trophy next to peoples name or something.

Really though, I think it is better sportsmanship to do anything you can, within the rules of the game, to win. I think the opposing player deserves that respect as a competitor, even if they are in fact not that good.

I still find myself giving consolation stocks for SDs, and going for goofy spikes when I'm ahead though. <.<

Just had an eight minute round in For Glory.. Three game minutes passed on the game clock. There were freezes and a two second input lag. No exaggeration.

Then they taunted and stuck around in the lobby looking for another go. Uuuhhh, how about I leave and go find a better lobby. Like we both should have done.

I blame my poor experiences with this game on our friggin' family luck. Or at least mine. We could have fiber optic Internet and I'd still get stuck in situations like that. Ones that sour me on the whole game.

November can't come soon enough. Hopefully I can do a one-time link to Wii U and sell this once it comes out there. =/

You guys know Shulk can cancel any landing lag on his aerials if he selects a Monado art before he preforming an aerial attack? The Monado activation cancels any lag and you can preform any move straight after your aerial attack. F-air to grab is awesome.

I main Robin so I don't usually have the opportunity to Taunt, but when I use my secondary (Wario) I constantly spam the taunt. It has the dual benefit of being exhilarating for the player, and infuriating for the opponent. An enraged opponent is more liable to play recklessly, so there are some competitive merits to throwing them out as well. As a bonus, Wario's bike taunt isn't affected by the taunt limit, so you can spam it to your hearts content.
