No it doesn't it's one of his best moves.

It damages you AND it's too risky and predictable. It's good once in a while to catch them off guard, but otherwise, it's eh.

Ok, so I'm a little confused with Smash Run. On the official site, they talk about the versus formats in the mode:

In addition to standard Smash matches, you can try Reflect Smash, where you automatically reflect all projectiles, High-Launch Smash, where every blow will send you flying, Climb!, where you see how high you can climb within the given time, and many other smash varieties.

Can you set these rules or are they random?

Every game besides about two has had .5s input lag and it's driving me nuts since it messes up the majority of my play. ;~;
