Honestly I kind of confuse about using that attack. Any tips regarding it?

Essentially, just throw it out once by pressing Side-B.

By pressing Side-B again, you can make it so the off-screen hunter shoots at it thrice in a quick succession, covering good space.

If the clay pigeon hits an opponent or an item, it bounces off and hover before falling to the ground, allowing you to rapidly use the gunshots. If everything connects it's like 10 to 13 % with good knockback.

It's such a good tool to cover space and for what little effort you have to put in it (it's fire and forget, essentially), it quickly racks up damage.

Love how Pac-Man goes to sleep for his "stunned animation", especially when Master Hand does the grab and then Pac-Man's just sleeping around and is like "lol what's wrong man?".

I unlocked GW with Pac-Man, which was symbolic, but lost because of the lion tamers. Is it me, or are the unlockable characters really difficult? Duck Hunt also kicked my ass like four times, eventually I beat him with Sonic.

Speaking of Sonic, found him dull in Brawl, but he's really fun here. Also really think his new voice is a lot more bearable, same with Pit.

They seem to be the same as past games to me. The only one I've actually lost to is Dr. Mario because the fight takes place on fucking Mushroomy Kingdom.

I have seen 3 different Australians with very laggy experiences so far. I strongly suspect they're getting matched against people in different continents. I'd really like to see the ping and/or jitter between an Australian and someone else they can play poorly / well with to see if it explains the lag.

An easier way to test might be to add a fellow Australian and try some 1v1 matches.

I'm streaming the matches: www.hitbox.tv/makai
I will add your code, but naturally you must not show my shame on stream since I am beyond horrible at Smash.

Regarding For Glory in general, it would be cool if they kept track of your individual fighter win/loss data, instead of overall. Maybe you always win with Little Mac, but you always lose with Megaman -- I imagine people would like to know that, instead of seeing a single percentage for all characters. I seem to recall older versions of Smash having character-based statistics tracked.

Here's another "WTF Sakurai?" moment.

Stamina IS in Smash Run as a final match. Why can't that be enabled in the actual game, I dunno.

So many little things I'd fix, hopefully they're done through patches. Like, I'll be satisfied if we don't even get Character vs. Stage DLC, but get some little additions like that.

wait what.....damn it!

Well I just lost multiple times against a Robin with Ganondorf. Tried my damndest to overcome the spacing issues. Highlights: I had one victory, I landed a Warlock Punch, and I landed that Volcano kick thing accidentally and broke a shield to lead-in to a fully charged side smash.

I'm sure I've seen a screenshot of per-character stats.
Per-character stats might be in for general Smash matches, but do they exist in the For Glory stats screen? I did not find a way to see them if so.

If anyone in the southeast U.S. wants to play a match in the next hour or so, feel free to add 4527-7303-7632 and let me know.

played about an hour on a friend's xl:

screen is too small for smash
controls are bad
graphics are good
online 1v1 is good

my conclusion is that smash sucks on a handheld. wii u version, where you at?

I cant point out what feels different about Game and Watch, but something does feel a little different...

also im sad they changed his down taunt, that was easily my favorite one :(

wait they don't have that data? damn

Just had a really weird match as Mega Man vs. Mario. He was bodying me all over the map for my first life. I fought back pretty hard and managed to KO him once after he got me to 70% on his second life. I figured I was done for, but on his second life it was like somebody completely different was playing. He was barely pulling off moves, whiffing a bunch, and I just tossed him back and forth all over the map like a Lvl 1 CPU until I killed him. Really weird.

At first, I hated that he was in the game. Somehow though, I fell to the dark side...

He's really fun.

In Records, you can see Online stats for each character. I don't know if it distinguishes between For Fun and For Glory, though, although I'm pretty sure For Fun says data isn't recorded while you're playing it.

Ah I see, guess I train with that attack espeically.

So in Classic Mode, are there duplicate special moves, outfits, and trophies? I mean after you collect all of one category, does it still give you the option for them in the roulette?

I agree with the first point specially on big stages.
I disagree on the second point though because really they did the best they could with the circle pad, something which is not meant to be percise.
I will probably play it way less once the Wii U version hits, but I will still enjoy it on trips.

Yes, you can get repeats.
