I set up homepass just so I can finish the 5 hits challenge quickly and have seen people with Smash 3DS in StreetPass plaza, but got no hits for Smash, but I did for other games. I wonder if they didn't enable StreetPass for Smash yet or if homepass doesn't work for the game.

I was definitely able to find streetsmash opponents using homepass and the Japanese version of the game (although Japan 3DS users seem to be pretty tough to find in general). I think it's just a matter of players not turning on the streetpass function. I certainly missed it the first time I got the game since I was in a mad rush to start playing the actual game.

Your Ness was rocking me. Those low Thunder meteors straight wrecked, though pocketing them was fun (although mostly useless).

Fire Hydrant was immediately what I thought was Pac-Man's bread and butter when I played him a bit

Yeah I can't beat Master Core above 7.0 lol. The giant form isn't as as hard as it is annoying but for I always lose a life at the sword part.

Folks, I've been playing the Smash Demo and it is absoloutely driving me crazy that X and Y are the jump buttons, I can't seem to get used to it.

In the game proper, can the controls be customized?

Yes, you can swap the controls around.

I'm kind of regretting buying this on 3ds. EVERY match has this horrible, random input delay and drops so many commands.

How is this acceptable in 2014?

This is so worse than brawl was.

Been out all day and playing Smash between intervals is such a joy!

Also, I really like Smash Run! I wish the final match was longer than a minute though.

I've also increased in proficency with Robin too!
