Nah. Smash is like riding a bike. I went over a friend's house a few weeks ago and we played Melee. It was my first time playing in months while he had been practicing for weeks. I whooped his ass.

Stay strong! The Wii U version is right around the corner.

When I'm playing with other characters, I fight near the edge and duck under haymakers and watch them fly off. :lol

I also am a fan of using Dr. Mario, using the cape on a Mac smashing or starting a combo and pulling off a strong smash attack.

Please keep feeding me bad Little Macs. Good Little Macs are free to kick my butt though.

Bad Little Macs and Greninjas are the sole reasons I have a winning record in 1 vs 1.

Yeah, I end up in a lot of LM dittos where the other person just starts leaping around, throwing out Jolt Haymakers with no regard for where the stage ends, haha. I love Mac, but he's easy to juggle and even easier to edgeguard. Just get him off the edge, and he's done for--even at really low percents.

I just had a 3 hour session with a friend and it was a fucking blast. It's amazing how smooth and little to NO lag at all our matches were. I'm going to be playing this game for a long time... I'm so happy!

Man, Ike is great. I don't even care if he turns out to not be all that great competitively, he's just fun. I wish they hadn't gimped his uber powerful Smash attacks, but I'm still actually winning a lot with Ike in For Glory matches.

Still getting the hang of managing Shulk's Monado Arts mid-fight, but he feels really good to use. I do pretty well with him online also, despite being a new character for me to learn.

Little Mac is also a blast to play as. Dude is so damn fast and strong on the ground, it's crazy.

I think my highlight of the day was selecting the Paper Mario stage with hype, being disappointed that it was Sticker Star, and then letting out an audible gasp of joy when the stage turned into Thousand Year Door w/ Rogueport music. I had no idea this stage was in the game.

I really want a new Paper Mario in the vain of TYD. And Paper Mario as a character in Smash.

If you get a 2v2 stage in lvl 9 classic mode it's pretty hilarious. Your teammate is like not even lvl 1. I had a match where Wii Fit Trainer was on my team and she just stood there, not doing anything.
