Yeah, she definitely likes to yell constantly. Same with Robin.Palutena is the my fave so far only because she's so annoying. Reflect! Reflect! Auto Reticle! x100

To unlock the other challenges you need to get all 35 in the first board then a fair few in the second to unlock the third.
Can't remember what characters to unlock, it'll come naturally as you unlock all the characters though.

I learned this the hard way.Uh, so if you don't kill(after defeating it.) and instead try to stall by raising its damage, eventually it rises up in the center of the stage and does Tabuu's Instakill attack.master core

I tried him out very briefly in training. It seems like if you can get some great recovery if you aim him upwards a bit with his Side B, then use his Up B. Does this hold up in matches?
