Does the red wrench also give duplicates?

For some reason I was under the impression you got moves for the character you are using but I just got one for Zelda.

I'm not certain, but you'll get custom move/equipments from character you're using and the enemies. Yeah there's series exclusive equipments.

Also, about the duplicates

One 7.0 run using Zelda, got 7 new custom moves, 4 of them are her neutral B2.

I think it might be a certain number of versus matches. It's always been an unlockable since Melee but it doesn't make sense anymore to make it an unlockable. :|
