Ugh, if you disconnect from a match you need to wait 10 mins to play again. I know why they implemented it but laggy For Glory is so incredibly mind-numbing.


BTW, it feels like Sakurai spent a lot of time and effort on Smash Run... and honestly, the mode is disposable at best. I don't get it. I'd take event matches over Smash Run any day of the week.

Yeah, smash run isn't great. The map is cool and has some nice touches and weird things that I'd legit love to know what they are/why they are there (I need me some deep smash lore) but the mode itself isn't great. You're just getting powerups that might not even come into play and end up gimped because of your character (pick Little Mac and get the Climb challenge? lol good luck).

I really hope that as the Wii U isn't getting Smash run we get Event Matches and perhaps some kind of "Adventure" mode like in Melee.

Smash Run really is awful, probably the worst single player mode and the worst multiplayer mode in Smash.
