You don't have to pay in moon blocks, you can make the exact difference up using real money.

When you go to purchase it, just hit "pay required amount" or whatever it's called. You'll just pay the difference right then.

If you wanna avoid the download rush and get the exact funds now, you can start the process of buying another 39.99 game(Luigi's mansion, Dream team) to add the exact funds you need. A strange alternative but it works.

Other locations are doing midnight releases too, many just aren't listed I guess. I know that an EB Games in St John's NL is doing a midnight release. I advise you call your local EB Games.

If your WiFi connection has little to no interference then you'll be fine. Most broadband connections these days are sufficient for smooth gameplay. With 3DS games it's usually bad WiFi that causes the issues, not the internet speed.

Yeah, she's a Marth that is actually playable in lag.
