Sure hope I don't run into a giant octopus while I'm diving for treasure...

Lemmy suddenly regretted entering the F-Zero GP in his Koopa Clown Car

I'm having trouble with what Gamefaqs says is this achievement:
043 [Trophy] Bomb King Have a combined score of 2.000.000 in Target Blast
Now, what's troubling me about it is, it doesn't seem to take scores like that? Like, there's no decimal point in the score that I can see. So I'm really lost on what to do here. Last achievement I have on the second board, too.

I think you don't realize how much time I have in my life, along with me playing games all day without getting bored. :P
If you do everything straight without hammers then nah, it's going to take you 4 or 5. You would need to do some cheesing to get it down to 3, and just forget about 2. lol

But yeah, Sakurai wasn't lying when he said the 3DS version's challenges were a bit on the easy side.

I'm going to prove you wrong, buddy.

It's just the weird way some countries write 2 million.

So I suppose it's safe for me now to collect on the "Ridley playable in Smash" avatar bets? Or are people holding out hope he's a WiiU exclusive? I mean, if it makes people feel better, I can wait until the hope has completely died.

So, has anything more been said about this? I can't find anywhere suggesting they are going to sell it and it comes out in 5 days :/

Yeah! Pre ordered it at my local ''webhallen'' for me and my brother! Super hyped about it, and it's a sexy as hell box too.

Avatar bet? No hammers, no leaving the game overnight (What I meant by "cheesing"), 3 days.

I don't do avatar bets anymore. I said that once I got my Neorice avatar, I would stop completely.

But I won't be using hammers, and I actually play games for hours and hours. Never do I leave games overnight. If I can play a demo for hours without stopping, then I can do the full game.

38 hours put into the demo. :3

Awesome, team day one.

Also, is it just me or does the substitute doll in the screenshot above look totally legit?

You mean how detailed the texture is on it? I remember everyone making a big deal out of it a while back.

It does look really good, though. Especially in the Wii U version.

I want to know your plan for the Streetsmash challenges and the Color TV-Game 15 trophy. :P

Everything else should be achievable though.

Getting all the customs is boring and will probably be the last challenge I get. Other than that it's okay.

It doesn't seem like it would be that bad if not for the duplicates. I don't understand the thought process behind rewarding repeat custom moves at all.

Yeah, such a fucking bummer. I'm hoping the Wii U to 3DS connectivity includes transferring custom moves and not just Mii Fighters.

Yes, it's because of the duplicates. It's kind of a baffling design decision. Maybe they thought without duplicates it would be too easy.

I have 19 friends who are getting Smash Bros. I think i'm pretty set on that. Haha.

"Color TV-Game 15: Play Multiplayer for 50 or more hours (time earned increases with more players)"

I could still gain this quickly, especially since one of my best friends is coming back to visit from the Navy. We'll be playing games with a group of friends all day. In which 5 people with Smash will be there. ^^

Isn't Falcon supposed to be rich as hell and owns his own island chain or something?

He does need to clean up and get back in the car though, race a bit.
PLEASE NINTENDO

DON'T WORRY YOU CAN RACE IN THE BLUE FALCON ON MUTE CITY IN THE NEW MARIO KART 8 DLC

if that's not enough you can play captain falcon's wacky twister whateverthefuck race in nintendoland

Ness is a character that is going to be strong early because his common/traditionally bad match-ups aren't prominent yet. Once characters like Marth, Lucina, etc (characters generally with more range than him) become more prominent, Ness will fall down. He doesn't have many tools and while the tools he does have are strong they don't make up for his usual problems that they've still yet to fix (slow ground speed, PK Fire isn't a good projectile, susceptible to pressure, terrible range on the ground, etc etc).

He was seen as pretty decent at first for Brawl as well, if I recall. Then the whole grab release infinites sent him way down + once he was figured out in general he became terrible lol.

Hit the nail on the head

Ness has always felt like a road that led nowhere
