Kurose-kun got pretty aggressive now which definitely helped moved things forward, though he is asking and Shirotani is willing even if it goes against his pristine clean view, but at least he's willing. Wish it hadnt ended there was getting quite good.

アーク：ロマンサー aka Ark: Romancer, by 金素姫 (Kim So-Hee, illustrator of Freezing Pair Love Stories)
Serialised in Monthly Comic Alive. This is one of those JP x KR collab mangas I think, since the illustrator is Korean but the manga is in Japanese.
The plot makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, which is no surprise. It does kind of remind me of Freezing, especially with how the powers work, and maybe a little bit of Aflame Inferno, because magic circles.
Best part is, chapter one is actually translated so you can check it out for yourself.

yeah, Yen Press publishes it. I only found out recently too.
The only shop I can find in Dublin that sells manga had volumes 2-12, but not volume 1 :/

...yeah, it's really great. Couldn't sleep so whoopsie read the whole thing. Spoilers- it's really good. I can't imagine what I would have felt at the most recent hiatus where he wrote an incredible end chapter, and followed up the next week with a continuation for no real reason than to piss people off.
Also, unlike One Piece, the series never really drags to a halt at any point. It's been a struggle to get through OP at times (Skypiea nearly caused me to quit, fishman isle took months to take in), but the only part here that qualifies is Chimera Ant, and it's all pretty interesting.
Guess Shota Pregnancy is next on my reading list.
