- He has a very long standing grudge against the White Lotus

Best improvement so far IMO. Korra is usually grating, but her scenes with Asami tone her down. Plus Asami is getting more screen time. Very good decision. I'm actually glad that Mako is kind of on the outs (which he should be as he's reacting to what happened).

They are actually doing something right for once.
