I think that Evo has nothing to do with it and SCEE messed this up, wouldn't be the first time.

It's the same IGN footage. There should be no slack given. I find it hard to believe the devs have to do something extra special to get high res footage of their own games. They have the most amazing cuts already...they have the actual game there.

I think it's supposed to be the same footage, just presumably of better quality than it is on IGN.
