Other than vidya games, of course. This is a gaming forum after all.

The world does not suck.

I unwind with one of my half dozen hobbies. I love watching 3D movies with my wife and kids in the media room. It's always an event no matter how often we do it.

I have sex, hang out with friends, watch sports, read, go out. I'm close to a large metropolitan area so that helps.

Basically healthy 20-something stuff.

It's either listening to music or starting a drum track, picking up the guitar and jamming for hours on end. There are few things that can catch my attention like music, even games are not even close (don't hate me!) :D

That's debatable. *MY* world doesn't suck though.

I have beers and watch movies/play video games/draw.

I also take the car and drive out of the city in the middle of the night

well i never done it, but it sounds like a fantastically relaxing experience

Well, come on, the world doesn't suck that much.

My favorite activity to unwind is biking. Love just riding around making an aimless path through the city.

I have and it is. With music and podcasts its aces. Or if its warm, taking the motorcycle out and exploring the city.

Focus on the person I love, do my best to fully experience what I'm doing (cooking dinner can either be a chore or a fun, creative outlet, depending on your outlook/mindset), and yeah, enjoy some of the kind of frivolous entertainment a good video game or movie/tv show provides. Books are also a wonderful means for escape, when I actually put in the time and effort to dive into one and stick with it.

Used to turn to alcohol a lot, but thankfully have curtailed that as I've gotten a bit older.

Choose an activity from one of the numerous hobbies I have. Lately I've been fixing old, busted consoles and jazzing them up a bit.

Gym, Porn/Sex, Watching Television/Films and partying (or used to party/club anyways, I've been on a lull since I returned from college recently. Hopefully I can have the freedom to go out again soon).
