I’d love to see Phil Harrison lead Xbox. He had a great track record. He was there for the PS3 launch, Xbox One launch and Stadia launch. I don’t think anyone else has that kind of experience.

Microsoft can afford anyone, these positions are determined by your connections and nobody available (short of retired Jim Ryan) has more connections than Riccitiello and Bobby Kotick.
