Sega has released new information and screenshots for Yakuza: Like a Dragon further detailing the “Dragon Kart” Play Spot.
■ Dragon Kart Also Playable in Kamurocho

While you can race around Yokohama via the new “Dragon Kart” Play Spot, you will also be able to race around Kamurocho by clearing certain conditions.

In Dragon Kart there are Grand Prix (tournaments), and by winning race after race you will be able to participate in higher level Grand Prix. There are four Grand Prix in total, with the highest being the “Dragon Cup” set in Kamurocho.

In order to challenge the Dragon Cup, you will need to have significantly upgraded your kart and polished your race technique.

Upgrade your kart and polish your technique to dominate the Grand Prix with the goal of becoming the fastest racer.

■ Dragon Kart Story

Dragon Kart is an exhilarating Play Spot set in Yokohama where you can drive around in modded karts. the following is an introduction to how protagonist Ichiban Kasuga gets involved in Dragon Kart.

By walking near the Dragon Kart reception garage in Hamakita Park, a man named Fujisawa will talk to Kasuga and recommend he try out Dragon Kart, where you race around Yokohama in modded karts.

—Kasuga is invited by Fujisawa to participate in Dragon Kart.

Kasuga learns the fun of Dragon Kart through a trial race, but ignites the flames of competition in the other racers that watched his run, throwing himself into a heated race.

■ Dragon Kart Course Mechanics

When racing on a Dragon Kart course, you will encounter various course gimmicks that make the race even more exciting, including “jump ramps” and “explosion drums,” “dart zones” that decrease speed, “damage zones” running with electric current, and more. Enjoy a thrilling race that is more than just driving as you destroy explosion drums with Gatling gun, jump over jump ramps, and more.

Kart Settings

By spending money, you can upgrade your kart’s driving performance, number of times you can use weapon items obtained during races, and more. Network Features and Rewards
