To be fair to MS they didn’t need to they had Quantity they backed up there gamepass and I’m happy for Xbox owners.MS was, and Nintendo will be all games. MS barely even spoke.
I missed Devolver's, which game was it?MS did really well.
Nintendo will bring home the bacon like always.
Devolver had 1 game I was genuinely interested in.
Elden Ring looks cool. Avatar also seems okay. Mario Rabbids 2 is exciting for me.
Not the worst E3 ever. Not the best.
I missed Devolver's, which game was it?
Wow, that looks really cool. Definitely on my radar.Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog announce side-scrolling action adventure game Trek to Yomi for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC
Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Flying Wild Hog have announced side-scrolling action adventure game Trek to Yomi for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (Steam). It…www.gematsu.com
I don't remember people cheering, but I do remember that poor guy completely choking in front of the camera during the Need for Speed announcement. So far it’s been pretty meh, but last year’s summer game event was a snooze fest (aside from Sony) as well and the couple of years prior weren’t that much better. Remember when EA paid people to cheer during their conference?
Shenmue 3 wasn't announced, a Kickstarter was announced that lead to the game being funded and released, which was fraught with it's own controversies as it was delayed multiple times. Not to mention most people say it was the worst entry in the series and looked awful graphically for a modern game.Say what you want about the quality of Shenmue 3, the fact a sequel to a dead franchise was announced after so many years was awesome.
The Powers TV show spot was septic. 30 minutes of shit
So was the Take-Two conference not worth checking out then? There's almost nothing I actually care about. I didn't enjoy any of the conferences (so far). Shockingly, BF2042 was the biggest "huh, maybe I'll try it again".
The fact that T2 "HR" conference was trying to talk about diversity as if their parents didn't teach them to not be racist and sexist shows how this industry is changing. No one cares about the preaching when we're tuning into games. It's the real life version of those 80s and 90s shows telling kids to stay off drugs.
People have been saying this for years and it hasn't come true yet.E3 as you remember it is never going to return. You can't have massive publishers like Nintendo, Sony, and EA just avoid E3 without degrading the importance of it. It probably going to become an event just dominated by Microsoft that a few smaller publishers will glom onto.
It was announced. Could you show where Suzuki announced Shenmue 3 officially prior to that e3? What happens afterwards shouldn't affect the e3 moment. Tak Fuji. Can you remember an E3 with less exciting announcements?
Not if your looking for games, it was basically a podcast about Gay people in the gaming industry and I’m not even being silly that’s literally what it was.So was the Take-Two conference not worth checking out then?
What conference was this lol? I totally missed this nonsense. There's almost nothing I actually care about. I didn't enjoy any of the conferences (so far). Shockingly, BF2042 was the biggest "huh, maybe I'll try it again".

I may never watch any E3 again it’s become politically charged it’s insane! This is certainly the worst E3 in recent memory.
Yep. The ones without Stalker 2.Can you remember an E3 with less exciting announcements?

I do my best to avoid any trips to HR. That's interesting taking the developers Take-Two has under it's umbrellaI sat down for lunch, ready to try and enjoy a conference. T2 was playing and yeah, it was 30 minutes of some HR meeting they let slip through. Nothing ever came out of it during my time watching unless you wanted a lesson in modern HR.

If Suzuki had come out to announce that Shenmue 3 would be fully funded by Sony, it would have been an epic E3 moment. Having him come out in front of an audience pleading for donations to make the game was just cringe inducing. It was announced. I couldn't imagine how that would have gone if the kickstarter failed and no one was interested. That would have been really embarrassing. At least he had passion .
I'm not putting the blame on him, Sony is the one who paraded him around on stage as if they had done something worthwhile like offering him funding. At least he had passion .
