With Sony exclusives going to PC, PS+ should be abolished.

It is as simple as this... if Sony are going to put exclusives on Steam and Epic store, they should be willing to treat their console gamers with the same respect as a PC gamer.

Online gaming should be free, the income from PC should be plenty to compensate them for the lost revenue given the enthusiasm they have for that platform now.

I also think they should go a step further and promise to match or beat Steam sales or let Steam on to PlayStation as a secondary store.

I would invite anyone on PlayStation 4 or 5 to cancel or set their subscription to 'do not automatically renew' to show Sony that if they want to be like a PC publisher, they can be in more ways than one.

Or you could really show them you mean business and move to PC entirely.

buy a year's sub of game pass, send it to Sony Hq, attach a message, " LOOK WHAT YOU FUCKING MADE ME DO."

I have ps plus mainly because of the games they put on there, they give you a load just for owning a ps5. The lower the number of subs, the lower the quality and quantity of games you'll get I reckon which is what will happen if they make multiplayer free again. If you know when to buy it only costs like £30 a year. Cloud saves should be free for all.

So do we have to get rid of Game Pass now to because all the games are on PC? :D

If they start bringing all of them close to release then sure. If they are releasing some select games years later I don't think people will complain.

What is shitty is that someone with a low end PC will instantly get better peformance and visuals in these games when they upgrade their hardware.
But on playstation it's not enough to buy the new $400 console from Sony, you need to pay extra for those enhanced visuals.

& continue to buy their games on PC, I don't think they would care tbh...

It would probably just give them the incentive to release their titles day one on pc alongside the ps5 release.

Naaa... I don't mindlessly consume. I leave that to Apple fans.
No but you have defended Sony to the hilt in a lot of posts, as people have said Sony mostly produces single player games so you don’t need to subscribe to anything.

just buy the games you like and enjoy them

I renewed my PS+ last September and have not used it one single time. I’m in.

Would be great if they dropped PS+, but it isn't going to happen. I'm also not following the logic of PC games being the reason they should.
Exactly! PS+ is a terrible service. There hasn't been a single game that I cared about for the last 10+ years I've been a member of PS+. I'm only a member for the online play and that's ridiculous. But at the same time it simply doesn't make sense to get rid of PS+ over a 5 year old ass Uncharted 4 going to PC is a rather strange take.

I care and value each and every exclusive that are the foundation of PlayStations identity.

The point is the devaluation of these games, making them easily accessible makes them lesser. People want what is exclusive. Simple psychology.
Welcome to the new times playa. I don't think it's a big deal, there are plenty of reasons to still own a console over a PC.

Most of the money Sony does come from services like PS+, PS game sales dont beat it and PC game sales will be much lower.

I do agree that PS+ should not be required for online gaming, but we had an entire gen to complain about that and nothing changed. Same in the MS side.
