Aside from Terada's Nintendo Power illustrations, my favorites are Skyward Sword and Windwaker Link.

I like all of them though. Link is very iconic in all his forms.

It's a tie between OOT Adult Link and TW Link.

Both have the same kind of heroic look that later versions just lost.
