I do find it weird when the age gap is massive but since they're both consenting adults then I don't think it's anyones business

I'm about to be 37, and recently I dated a 22. I never really cared for carnaval, even thou my city is very famous for it, but she does and asked me to go enjoy and whatever in the streets. I even asked about getting a house to stop from time to time, take some water, rest a bit, and she said something like "why spending that much money in a house whe we can find some shadow to rest?! And water will be sold everywhere there. It's fine"

I'm looking for safety and comfort while she just wanna have fun. Two different worlds. Maybe not really age per se in this case, but in my 22s for sure I wouldn't care that much for safety, now I have a different mindset

I'm 36 and I have no idea what you're talking about lol. You need safety and comfort when walking around the city? I once had a friend who in his late 20's started leaning into being old and acting like an old person. I have no idea why. In my family and extended family even at older age they're out dancing and being very active.
