Ubisoft has reassured fans concerned over listings for Assassin's Creed Mirage which stated it would include "Real Gambling", as part of "Adults Only" and "18+" ratings for the title. At the time of writing, a US Xbox store listing still warns that Mirage contains "Intense Violence, Blood and Gore, Sexual Themes, Partial Nudity, Real Gambling", and lists it as having received the rare Adults Only 18+ label from the ESRB, the US' ratings board. A UK listing similarly mentions "Real Gambling", alongside "Extreme Violence", and lists it with a PEGI 18+ rating.

Surely GAF has learnt something here?

That is... perhaps don't jump to conclusions till both sides of the story has been presented.

(And the read the bloody article!)

Sounds more like they submitted an obfuscated real money gambling mechanic to rating boards they thought they could slip by in a gray area, were hit with an AO, and are now backpeddling and removing it.

Ubisoft started selling XP boosts a month after Valhalla came out, and Odyssey was a grind for the first 3 months to sell them as well, then rebalanced the level scaling, i don't believe a word they say anymore, they could add it at anytime, and probably will.
