Just chatting, music, poker, sports, chess, ASMR, talkshows, podcasts, crypto, science and technology, watch parties, fitness, etc.
Twitch hasn't been a gaming-only streaming platform for quite some time. It's just another non-gaming category in the already huge list of non-gaming categories.

Oh yes it does. Anything that wasn't someone in a bikini straddling an inflatable pool toy was able to do well before the hot tub streams took over. With Twitch embracing it, they're basically telling people to fuck off to YouTube because there's no way smaller channels will be able succeed against that. That's why people are pissed about their embracing the hot tub streams.

Usually if I just go to the main Twitch page it features some eurotrash behind a turntable with flashing lights conducting a disco dance in his bedroom. How about they stamp out that shit before they worry about chicks in hot tubs.

What twitch needs to do is either make a new website to put that trash on there or they should simple ban them from the website and send them a e-mail from now on u can only stream here.
People like amouranth will keep on shitting on the platform any day in the week for the simple solution they will find holes in there rules and move forwards because they give zero shits about anything. Because of people like that everything is decked out with rules everywhere.

Last time I paid attention (not just podcasting Rimworld while playing Rimworld) was Doctor Disrespect's return stream after the controversy, and I was gobsmacked at the donations coming in on his 'starting soon' place holder. Hundreds of dollars, sometimes in a single donation... before the bloke was even there to light their chips by saying their names. It's... alien to me.
