Yeah, basically this. Bosses are supposed to give you a hard time and be an obstacle. I spent weeks on Sekiro’s last boss and it was so rewarding to beat that fucker.Cry me a river that you had to try 20 times to kill a BOSS in a video game.

I have a job so I would come home and spend like 1 hour on him everyday learning the patterns. I get shocked when people say oh it took me like 5 tries. I’m like what? I do have a friend who never made it so I guess I’m not that bad.
