There is no doubt pc's are much more powerful than consoles. Why do Consoles always have the best looking games?

I think this has been exposed to not be true. Supposedly the Witcher trailer ran on a GTX 780, a $500 card(especially in 2013)
Have you seen a 780 try and run HZD? 1080p 30fps low-medium.

The original trailer was bullshot, nothing more. Consoles werent holding the game back, Non Titan owning peasants were.

Nvidia sponsored the game with 900 series gpu's,

Just like in racing, the manufacturers which create and back up a project, usually end with the best package. On the Pc side, Nvidia and Amd have become a bunch of pussies which hardly pick up already running stuff and throw at them peanuts in exchange for full blown marketing.

The currently most common Gaming-PC GPU is still a GTX 1060. That's on par with PS4 Pro power level.

How's that mortgage for a 3090 working out?

Starts off that way, and I'd argue certain games have more talented teams behind them (naughty dog, insomniac, etc), but the image quality tends to fall way behind later in a console generation vs the PC.
