It is unknown if a Colonial Marine part of it was going to be a dedicated shooter in first person perspective like in AvP'99 or just had an element of it only like in Jag's AvP. FYI the game has been cancelled. Thus failed trolling is still a failure.

The idea wasn't bad though. You could easily swap weapons in Doom for example, similar to the PC version and that's way more intuitive then how its handled on the other consoles. Now the execution wasn't too hot: The thing was way too big and unergonomic.

The Jaguar controller wasn't that bad. If you were a Jaguar owner back then, the Pro Controller was the way to go, as it rounded off the edges, thinner, improved d-pad, added six face buttons and shoulder buttons.

Even if the controller was not the best, just sort of copy and expansion of Gen/MD original controller, there was no issue with it while playing this particular game.
