It appears to be an extremely sophisticated peripheral from the presentation trailer.

Totally missed this was a thing, I checked the TM site to link someone to some other stuff and saw it. The flight stick is clearly based on the T16000/FCS flight stick, it's just not combat flight geared with that Airbus replica style so it has less buttons on the stick. It kinda looks a bit better built too (if it's not just the promo shots and video). Hopefully they make a new version of that product too and the TWCS throttle, to match, but with additional and nicer buttons too this time (flimsy buttons is like its only issue). Or maybe just present new modules or something for the same base model, for different styles of aircraft. That looks like a nice feature.
