Metroid Prime has a very annoying last level that I could not finish.

That has made Super Metroid my choice. Both are great though.

Super Metroid is a perfect game. I love Prime, but still say that Exhumed/Powerslave was a better made game, with level design as perfect as Super Mario IV or Super Metroid

Grew up on Nintendo and fortunate enough to have played both classics. And although I’ve stop buying Nintendo consoles (since the Wii), Metroid Prime remains my favorite game of all time.

Metroid Prime for sure, its a masterpiece.
I like Super Metroid but i generally prefer the aspects of Prime more.

And Super is the best of the series. Probably by far.
