I don't really need a tag, but I figured I'd get one to make people jealous. Is it working?
I feel like I've seen bundlefodder style games that go for a buck do a 99 off sale before. But is that even possible any more? I thought I'd seen mention that Steam has implemented a minimum pricing policy to avoid people exploiting pricing errors.

As a completionist i will aim mostly for DLCs that throughout the year locked new achievements behind paywall, like goat sim, this war of mine, the detail, rocket league, payday 2, postal 2, gas guzzlers, hare in the hat, bridge constructor, euro truck sim 2.. well, theres more than bunch
But i bet theres some fun content in those as well. And its definitely nice that if properly discounted i could actualy buy them all just with the money i earned from selling trading cards. not_bad.jpg
Aaand if there's any moneys left, i'll probably finally impulse buy Memoria. the wait for some bundle with it was long enough and frankly Daedalic deserve some funds

So I believe I've shored up Enhanced Steam's servers to the point that they (hopefully) won't completely fail when the sale goes live. As of right now Enhanced Steam has had 3,138,659 downloads, which is absolutely mind-boggling to me.
I want to thank everyone here for helping to spread the word, and also proactively apologize in the event that the servers start melting in a few minutes.

It's quite sad, but the first thing I thought when watching it is "well... replace those high numbers with 33 and 50 for a start".

Alright, thanks folks. I didn't care too much but then realized some upgrades are behind Level 0 threat, so I need to clear mines after all.

This year I finished the highest amount of games I can remember.
Tomb Raider 13, Rise of TR, Arma 3, Swapper, Dark Souls 3, Mad Max, Unepic, Dead Rising 2, Mafia II, Gone Home, Far Cry Blood Dragon, Deadlight, Lifeless Planet, Alien Isolation. 14, that's a lot and even more when you take into account that many of them are dozens of hours per game.
And yet, I still have tons of great games in my backlog, so I agree with you. Unless it's a heck of a deal, I'm not gonna get much for myself.

It isn't static. It is a system in place through which publishers make (with goading from GOG) limited-time offers to get GOG versions of games on your Steam account. I think people were confused and thought that you only personally had a limited time from the moment you sync to redeem the matches it finds, but it is actually a limited time on which games are being offered the chance for anyone.
So it's best not to think of it as a vault that gets expanded, but a new format of sale. In the future they will have different games and your chance at redeeming those will be time-limited as well. I think this may be to prevent people from seeing that something they don't have is on the Connect program and then waiting around until a Steam sale happens. GOG probably doesn't personally give a shit about that, but publishers generally charge a bit more on GOG and have their own reasoning behind it.
Between how boring the E3 demo looked, how bad the game graphically looks and how there are PC screenshots out there, it becomes incredibly hard to not cancel my PS4 preorder and wait for the steamrelease.

Time to wishlist more items before the big sale.
I wouldn't mind picking up the FF XIII trilogy if it was cheap I suppose. I have them all on PS3 still, which is probably why I haven't picked them up yet.
Trails games would be nice too, although I have the first one on Vita along with Danganronpa.
