Cutscenes always have higher quality models. That goes for all games so we can't take anything away from the quality in that shot either way. You're not going to be staring at him during gameplay so it hardly matters.

And pop n a short distance between 22 to 25 seconds in. Looks like A PS4 Pro version but 60 fps.
