The bear of bad news
Things of significance:
- Sony have nigh completely surrendered the Japanese market
- MS can and will literally swoop and buy any major third party they want anytime they feel like increasing their grasp on the market and have shown today that money is no object
- Both are aiming at subscription based services but MS's is already established, and will feature many key third party players that Sony doesn't have.
Sony's first party studio's will not be enough to carry them here (and I say this as a HUGE fan of Sony's first party IP).
What strategy do they even employ moving forward? I'm at a loss.
