Sony's Firesprite is moving to a new office that's more than 20 times larger than its current one

I'm currently playing The Persistence ("free" on PS+) and it's a surprisingly good game if you like indie futuristic 3D rogue like. The game has modest budget and simple graphics but is quite addictive... if you're persistent.
So Firesprite with a much bigger team/budget should be interesting.

That is a lot of space. And space is the final frontier. These are the voyages of a Sony developers as they embark of a 5 year mission to seek out new funding and new programmers in an effort to increase stock holder value.

Bungo is almost 1300 people according to that document and they make a DLC every 18 months or so.
According to Bungie they will release "at least" one (so maybe more) new IP before 2025. Which means they have at least two in full production. Plus they are also working on bringing their IPs to movies or tv shows.

Mojang is also working on another project, Minecraft Legends and I’m pretty sure they’re supporting Minecraft Dungeons along side Minecraft. It’s not that surprising when you think about it.
As I remember they also released another Minecraft for China, another one for phones (with AR) and they did at least a tech demo for Hololens (I'd assume they didn't continue working on it and moved it to mobile instead).

The fact Bungie went from independent to Activision...to independent again and now to Sony while maintaining their level of quality and keeping a huge team is honestly signs of a great management team if we forget all the allegations of sexism, crunch, abusive leaders .

Now seriously...i'd like to see how they managed to pull off being independent from a company like Activision and keeping up doing what they always did.

Bungie really is a big studio, makes the $3.6 billion (technically 2.4 + 1.2 for deferred payment) seem less crazy.
