I agree. When it comes to flexibility and hardware, PC wins. Mods are just icing on the cake.

Moding games is very important to me, it the reason I play and buy Bethesda games for so long. I feel so restrictive if I can't tweak my experience in games.

The plot thickens, it seems that this mod was uploaded a second time on nexusmods but it was also taken down because Crystal Dynamics got triggered and did a DMCA Takedown lol

Here is what the second uploader said:

Well guys I have bad news; even If I'm was able to get the approval from JOSTAR the mod will not come live; apparently the site receive a "DMCA Takedown from Crystal Dynamics"; whatever that is; but the result was a notification from an Admin saying that "even when I was able to get approval the site will not be comfortable hosting it" and so the post was deleted for good. So at this point even If I or anyone create another post it will be taken down.
Not really sure why this only applied to the [Booty Edition]; I was expecting all Nude mode got affected but is not the case.

Yeah, this is the first time i see a game company actively trying to ban a nude mod after it was released, hope they don't go after my mega account and this thread next since it's the only place hosting this mod publicly right now

Ehm, .exe? That sounds dubious as fuck. Don't see why it would need an .exe file to mod in. Would wait on response from someone familiar with it.
