Oh, trust me. People do care. I can’t be bothered to look for those posts, but people here did mention they would do all sorts of radical self-harm if Returnal won any GOTY awards (back in April).

My game of the year too. A very unique sci-fi world with an intriguing atmosphere and incredible visuals, audio and haptics. More than anything else, it's extremely satisfying to play.

At first I wasn't sold when I played it. An hour later, this game grew on me like a vine. The ambient music, combat, visuals and slick uses on the controller kept me in the game. Returnal isn't easy but damn it makes you wanna go back for more and more. Well deserved.

Very good game with some awesome gun gameplay, sometimes unfair but good experience. I hope there were more configuration of your build and more control over your build and not completely random.
Buy overall fun game to spent some hours killing strange aliens.
