I'm actually sort of impressed with Iron Chef America. They aren't trying to make a shitty americanized version like they didn with Iron Chef USA. THey're copying the Japanese format pretty much exactly, only there's TWO things that they need to change asap. They NEED an audience, and they need a 2nd guy on commentary. The new guy says to think of him like Hotohori, which is fine, but they need an american Fuji-san now
