Microsoft Plans To Merge ZeniMax Into A New Subsidiary Called 'Vault', PS5 Releases For Future Bethesda Games Still Up In The Air - PlayStation Universe

An EU Law document has revealed that Microsoft plans to merge ZeniMax into a new subsidiary called Vault, but it doesn't make PS5 releases any more likely.

It's just to sidestep anti-trust regulations in EU.
It doesn't mean anything with regards to exclusivity.

Xbox took Elders Scrolls away from Playstation forever. Deal with it.

Perhaps they could somehow be merged, and thrown in some sort of (zeni) Max vault.

The Fallout from doing such a thing could spell Doom though.
