I'm sure the vehicle licensing has expired. It's a shame Blur used licensed cars as I'm sure it will suffer the same fate.

Most likely not due to licencing, only game which come after delisting to the BC was first Forza Horizon

Surprising... I wasn't expecting DOA3 to ever go on the BC list on account of the Aerosmith songs it has (licensing issues are very common for re-releasing older games).
