It's only a remake of an existing title and they are not Sony to charge 69.99$ for it. Nothing less, nothing more.

Think THPS 1+2, Saint's Row IV etc.

Better than 60 or 70 though, its 30 quid for me here in England, and it's a new game to me, made in a time when games wern't full of MTX etc, and the remake from the videos i've seen has been done really well.

So far no pre-load for the PC release. A little unacceptable considering it’s 50GB.

The game does look bonkers on a high end PC though. My jaw was on the floor many times.
