The problem is that except the ray tracing shadows, TAA and motion blur, there is not work on this port, because the others improvements are just because the capability of the new consoles. And TAA and motion blur are implemented from RDR2, so less work to do....

This update should be free for ps4 and xb one users, charge for this update is greed has hell, is not a bad update thought.

Yep, that's the main problem with it. It's both a big upgrade and a disappointing one at the same time.
